The Kashon RACH-Series single-acting hollow plunger cylinders are the perfect choice for pushing and pulling tasks such as tensioning, testing and lifting. The special hollow plunger design makes it easier to attach to components. The cylinders are made of lightweight aluminium and are easily portable. They are also naturally corrosion resistance and excellent to be used in caustic settings.
To maximize durability and longer life, all surfaces are finished with a hard coat. Composite bearings are used to strengthen resistance to side loads. To reduce wear, each cylinder is fitted with a steel baseplate and reinforced saddle, and a high-strength return spring to ensure quick plunger retraction. An integrated stop ring prevents over-travel for safe full-capacity usage of the cylinder.
