CUSP Series Ultra-Flat Cylinders Description
The CUSP Series Ultra-Flat Cylinders are engineered for high-force applications within confined spaces, starting at just 1.1 inches in height. A nitrocarburized surface treatment on all internal and external surfaces provides exceptional sideload resistance and corrosion protection, ensuring safe and reliable performance in the harshest industrial environments.
Equipped with an innovative tilting plunger, the CUSP-Series (10-1000 ton) models automatically adjust to ensure even load distribution across the entire lifting surface. Most models provide a straight lifting stroke of 0.4 inches even at maximum tilt, while a highly visible “Red Line” serves as a clear visual indicator to prevent the operator from exceeding the maximum stroke.
