Overview

Kashon HCR Series high-tonnage cylinders offer up to 1000 tons of power with the speed and control of a double-acting design. Special features like high-pressure seals, composite bearings, and a nitrocarburized finish ensure exceptional durability and safety. Fully ASME B30.1 compliant, these 10,000 psi cylinders deliver reliable performance you can trust.

  • Double-acting for fast and controlled advance and retract；
  • Nitrocarburized surface resists side-loading and cyclic wear；
  • 10% side-load resistance over full cylinder stroke；
  • Weather protected, inside and out；
  • Upper and lower replaceable bearings support the plunger throughout the stroke；
  • Certified lifting eyes；Base mounting holes；
  • Collar threads included on models up to 250 ton. Optional on 300 ton and higher；
  • Maximum working pressure up to 10,000 psi (700 bar)；
  • Complies to ASME B30.1.
