The CLSG-Series single-acting high tonnage Cylinderfor heavy-duty use, high-tonnage performance for construction, civil engineering, and maintenance applications. Every model is equipped with a standard integral tilt saddle to reduce the risk of side-loading and features an over-stroke restrictor port for enhanced durability.

Overview

Kashon CLSG-Series of single-acting, high-tonnage cylinders. This premium series provides peace of mind with an integral stop ring for decisive piston blow-out protection.
A specialized plunger wiper significantly extends cylinder life by reducing contamination. For maximum on-site flexibility, it comes standard with base mounting holes and interchangeable hardened saddles. Should your project demand even greater force, we also offer 1500 and 2000-ton models upon request.

  • Max. Working Pressure: 700 Bar; Single acting, load return；
  • Base mounting holes are standard on all models；
  • Unique loading design enables it to bear unbalanced loads up to 3%   capacity with no damage to the cylinder；
  • The cylinder piston rod is protected from damage by the   interchangeable hardened saddles；
  • The stop ring avoids the piston rod over-reaching and enables maximum cylinder extension；
  • The dust ring prevents contamination and enhances longer cylinder life.
