BRC-Series Hydraulic Pull Cylinders are built for the most difficult industrial pulling applications, and provide exceptional performance and dependable operation. These are single-acting cylinders with spring return, a heavy-duty construction with a strong chrome-plated plunger for corrosion resistance and incorporated plunger blow-out prevention for greater safety.
These cylinders have a working capacity of 2.5 to 60 tons and a pressure rating of 10,000 psi (700 bar). They can be used for heavy-duty jobs including cable and bar tensioning, foundation repair, shaping of metals and machinery repair. All models are in complete compliance with ASME B30.1.
A major feature is the presence of threads on the collar, plunger and base that allow easy installation of a wide range of optional accessories such as chains, saddles, extension tubes, foot mounts and clevis eyes, including those featured in the MS-Series Maintenance Sets. The kashon BRC25 model works better with a power source, like the PATG-1102N air-driven hydraulic pump. They are powerful but lightweight and easy to carry and operate.
